LEIA is a startup based in Stockholm with the vision to reinvent maternal and postpartum health for the digital age. Helping the next 140 million women on a happier and healthier entry into motherhood.


Our postpartum health tracker offers new mothers all information they need in one place, personalized insights into their mental and physical health and recovery plans based on their birth experience. With screening models for postpartum depression and pelvic floor complications, LEIA identifies women at risk already before their appointment with the midwife.

About the role as Community Manager

The role of Community Manager at LEIA offers a fantastic opportunity to make an impact within an ambitious, value driven and entrepreneurial environment that promotes personal development and a collaborative approach.

The main objective of the role is to grow, care for and engage with our communities on social media and users in CRM. You will work closely with the full team, but in particular with the Growth Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.


How you make an impact

  • Grow, strengthen & develop relationships with LEIA’s community globally.

  • Plan and execute the social media and community schedule to increase engagement and brand awareness in organic touchpoints.

  • Together with Growth Marketing Manager, develop community building events and initiatives to grow and activate the community.

  • Post to, respond to and manage our community and influencers as a brand ambassador and positive problem solver.

  • Plan and create channel specific visual and written content for LEIA’s organic social media platforms and CRM newsletters.

  • Work with the full team to develop and continuously improve our social media-, community- and CRM strategy.

  • Together with the marketing team, extend LEIA’s presence into new community platforms.

  • As LEIA’s users and community are the most important stakeholders - gather, analyze and report data to inform decision making on relevant developments.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or function within community building and brand engagement.

  • Skilled content creator with the ability to transform educational texts to distinctive, authentic and engaging social media content.

  • You are passionate not only about the creative part, but also the business aspects with outstanding analytical and organizational skills, structured problem-solving approach and mindset.

  • Professional communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Fluent in Swedish and excellent in English.

  • Ability to work in a team, as well as high drive when working alone.

  • Impact-oriented attitude with desire for personal development.

  • You are familiar with Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, TicToc, MailChimp, social media monitoring and listening tools.
