LEIA is a startup based in Stockholm with the vision to reinvent maternal and postpartum health for the digital age. Helping the next 140 million women on a happier and healthier entry into motherhood.

 

Our postpartum health tracker offers new mothers all the information they need in one place, personalized insights into their mental and physical health and recovery plans based on their birth  experience. With screening models for postpartum depression and pelvic floor complications, LEIA identifies women at risk already before their appointment with the midwife.

About the role as Brand Manager

 

The role of Brand Manager at LEIA offers a fantastic opportunity to make an impact within an ambitious, value driven and entrepreneurial environment that promotes personal development and a collaborative approach.
 

The main objective of the role is to g the LEIA brand, lead marketing initiatives for B2B and B2C acquisition and engage with our B2C community. You will work closely with the full team, but in particular with the Marketing Director and a Growth Marketing Consultant who is to be hired on 50%.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Overall responsible for the LEIA Brand.

  • Strengthen the brand and secure a coherent brand message and strong storytelling in all communication touchpoints.

  • Elevate LEIA's position within postpartum thought leadership, through smart PR initiatives and B2B activities.

  • Secure LEIA's website reflects our brand and is set up for success within B2B and B2C brand awareness.

  • Grow, strengthen & develop relationships with LEIA's organic community globally.

  • Be a part of creating and implementing the CRM strategy.

Key Tasks

 

Brand Management

  • Lead the LEIA Brand initiatives.

  • Strengthen brand awareness by creating an impactful Brand Plan that is distinctive, authentic and connected. 

  • Secure a coherent brand expression in all communication touch points.

  • Create engaging, inspiring and actionable storytelling in different formats depending on B2C or B2B acquisition channel.

Storytelling and PR​

  • Secure PR coverage in broad public media, specialist media in both B2B and B2C.

  • For thought leadership and B2B purposes, sign-up founders and LEIA medical experts for panel discussions, pitches and general presence in relevant HR forums.

 

LEIA Community

  • Develop and continuously improve our social media strategy.

  • Plan the social media schedule to increase engagement and brand awareness in organic touch points.  (Linkedin, Instagram and Facebook)

  • Post to, respond to and manage our community and influencers as a brand ambassador and positive problem solver.

  • Depending on strategic direction, extend LEIA's presence into new community platforms.

  • Review and possibly implement influencer marketing plans, depending on strategic decisions.

 

Content Creation

  • Plan and create channel specific visual and written content for LEIA's Press Releases, website, organic social media platforms and CRM newsletters. Much will be user generated and the basis for own content will be produced by the LEIA graphic designer and external copywriter, originally created for the app and website. We use Canva today.

  • Project lead any external production of brand content (video, photo, article)

 

CRM

  • Together with the full team - define the CRM strategy and to a certain extent also be a part of the implementation and execution. 

  • Create and manage the E-mail marketing plan. 

 

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or function within Brand Management, Storytelling, PR, community building.

  • Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound commercial judgment. Comfortable in understanding a business through its user data and thoughtful about overall strategic choices.

  • Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver work on deadlines.

  • High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly. Able to pivot promptly from long-term thinking to immediate action tactical response.

  • You are passionate not only about the creative part, but also the business aspects with outstanding analytical and organizational skills, structured problem-solving approach and mindset.

  • Professional communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Fluent in Swedish and excellent in English.

  • Ability to work in a team, as well as high drive when working alone.

  • Impact-oriented attitude with desire for personal development.
