Our postpartum health tracker offers new mothers all information they need in one place, personalized insights into their mental and physical health and recovery plans based on their birth experience. With screening models for postpartum depression and pelvic floor complications, LEIA identifies women at risk already before their appointment with the midwife.

About the role as Growth Manager

The role of Growth Marketing Manager at LEIA offers a fantastic opportunity to make an impact within an ambitious, value driven and entrepreneurial environment that promotes personal development and a collaborative approach.

The main objective of the role is to analyze, grow and retain LEIAs community of app-users. You will use data results to identify and visualize opportunities for growth and inform decision making for business development and marketing effectiveness. You will work closely with the full team, but in particular with the Community Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.

How you make an impact

  • Generate break-through analytical insights into the full end-to-end consumer journey, to determine reverse engineered marketing and business development actions.

  • Analyze the customer's lifecycle, identify areas for improvement, and work with the product and marketing team to enable growth marketing strategies.

  • Create, maintain and continuously evolve Paid Social Media and SEM strategies in synergy with the Community Manager.

  • Work with LEIA’s current SEO set-up and accelerate the learnings by tracking KPI’s, identify success drivers and improve the way of working.

  • Develop, analyze and evolve the overall Lead Generation strategy.

  • Manage the website metrics and traffic data to improve user experience and conversion.

  • Analyze in-app user behavior based on key success drivers, to inform CRM strategy and accelerate marketing effectiveness.

  • Design and implement test plans on all above, to understand drivers of response and value.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a related field (management consulting, strategy, growth, analytics, business development, finance or similar), preferably experience from the technology industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from university.

  • Ability to use insights and data to improve strategies, results, and innovative thinking.

  • Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound commercial judgment. Comfortable in understanding a business through its financial information and thoughtful about overall strategic choices.

  • Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver work on deadlines.

  • High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly. Able to pivot promptly from long-term thinking to immediate action tactical response.

  • Skilled communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Fluent in Swedish and excellent in English.

  • Experience in at least two of these areas (Paid social media, SEM, SEO, content marketing, lifecycle marketing)
